Ovie          : Good morning….

Harry        : Good morning, come here….

Ovie          : Thank you, sir.

Harry        : I am Harry. In this company I am an HR (Human Resource) manager. I will explain about our company. This company is established in 1990 in food field and now we will develop our plant spread in Indonesia. Ok I will begin to ask to you with many questions. I want to know about you, please introduce yourself before.

Ovie          : Thanks for this opportunity. My name is Ovie Suci Rohmawati and you can call me Ovie. I am 21 years old. I come from Mojokerto. I am graduated from Brawijaya University, Department of Chemistry at 2011. I’ve been take elementary, junior and senior high school in Mojokerto, and then I continued my study at Chemistry Department. I choose it, because I like Chemistry since I take study in senior high school.

Harry        : Ok. Now, I know your reason about your study. But, I still have any question about you. I want to know, how many languages do you speak?

Ovie          : Well, I can speak English and Chinese. I can speak English well, both orally or writing.

Harry        : How about your experience in the senior high school and in the university?

Ovie          : In senior high school I am a leader of KIR (karya Ilmiah Remaja) and in the university I am an CRTV’s staff of organization university.

Harry        : Why you chose this position, QA Staff? Are you sure wanted to join in our company?

Ovie          : I am sure, I want to join. I think I can fill this position because this position is accordance with the field of my interest.

Harry        : What think about the job do you think you would find difficult?

Ovie          : I am sure that I definitely find difficulty in my first job. But, I’ll try to solve my problem and always do better than before.

Harry        : Ok. It’s good, we need such employee. You looks nervous. Don’t’ nervous, you must relax. It’s not in courthouse. Haha…

Ovie          : hehe.. Ok. I’ll try to relax.

Harry        : May I know how  much money do you need monthly if you work here?

Ovie          : hmm, I want 1,8 million rupiah….

Harry        : Now, the last question is, are there any questions about the company or others?

Ovie          : May I know about, how many employee are there?

Harry        : In this plant have 200 person. But in our company spread of all Indonesia have any employee we have. Then?

Ovie          : I think enough, I just want to know about amount of employee in this company.

Harry        : Ok. Thank you for your coming. Wait for 1 week to get the result of our meeting.
